Hydraulic discharge machine (also known as extruder) is a supporting discharge equipment designed specifically for high viscosity adhesives, inks, resins, and other materials. As an ideal partner for dual planetary power mixers, dual planetary mixers, and multifunctional mixers, it can efficiently complete the discharge, packaging, or removal of mixed materials from barrels. The equipment applies pressure to the materials inside the material bucket through hydraulic drive of the pressure plate, stably extruding high viscosity adhesive from the bottom outlet of the material bucket or the pressure plate pipeline, achieving precise delivery to the filling station or downstream process, and solving the industry pain points of difficult discharge and high residue of high viscosity materials.

Product Performance

The equipment adopts a hydraulic drive system, which can meet the discharge requirements of high viscosity adhesives below 5000000 CPS. There are two types of structures available: single cylinder and three cylinder, which can be designed with a raised or fixed material bucket to adapt to different production scenarios.

The core sealing structure adopts a sealing ring that is precisely matched with the size of the material barrel. During the extrusion process, the sealing ring tightly adheres to the barrel wall to form a closed space, ensuring that the adhesive is completely discharged from the bottom outlet under the pressure of the pressure plate, and there is no residue on the barrel wall.

As an exclusive supporting discharge device for our mixing equipment, the hydraulic discharge machine can be matched with equipment such as dual planetary power mixers to achieve extrusion, manual filling, and transportation of high viscosity materials after mixing, greatly reducing labor intensity.
