Product Performance

There is a scraper on the planetary frame that rotates with the planetary frame, close to the barrel wall and continuously scrapes it, so that there is no retained material on the barrel wall and the mixing effect is improved.

The mixing time is controlled by the user according to the properties of the material and can be adjusted through the control panel.

This device can work under vacuum and can continuously discharge water and other substances. Therefore, it can be used as a degassing kettle.

Materials can be heated or cooled by oil or water circulation as needed; steam heating is also possible. The heating temperature is displayed by the temperature controller on the control panel.

Since this device has good mixing, shearing and dispersing effects, it is particularly suitable for dispersing and mixing solid-solid material, solid-liquid material, and liquid-liquid material, so it is used in chemical, food, light industry, pharmaceutical, building materials and other industries.
