The equipment is equipped with three independent motors to drive three different types of agitators inside the kettle. One set of agitators revolves around the axis of the kettle, while the other two sets rotate at different speeds around their own axes at high speed. This complex planetary motion subjects the material to strong shearing, rubbing, and dispersing effects, ensuring uniform and efficient mixing.
The unique mountain-shaped scraper moves along with the revolution trajectory, continuously scraping off the raw materials adhered to the kettle wall and bottom and rolling them into the mixing zone, completely eliminating mixing blind spots and significantly improving the mixing effect.
The equipment has excellent sealing performance and can be used in conjunction with vacuum systems to effectively eliminate bubbles in materials, improving product density and quality.
The cylinder head adopts a hydraulic lifting system, and the cylinder body can move freely, which is convenient for feeding, discharging, and equipment cleaning, greatly improving the convenience and work efficiency of operation.

Hydraulic discharge system
In response to the poor fluidity and difficult discharge of high viscosity adhesives, the equipment adopts a hydraulic-driven discharge method. Compared to traditional pneumatic or mechanical discharge, hydraulic systems can provide stronger and more stable thrust, ensuring fast and uniform filling of high viscosity materials. At the same time, the hydraulic system has a simple structure and convenient daily maintenance, effectively reducing equipment operation and maintenance costs.
Servo quantitative control
The filling system adopts a servo motor-driven quantitative cylinder, which precisely controls the piston stroke and speed through digital signals, achieving high filling accuracy. Users can adjust the entire screen to flexibly respond to market demand.
Good product stability
The equipment adopts a servo motor-controlled mechanical buckle-forming system. Compared with traditional buckle methods, the mechanical structure runs more stably and responds faster, effectively avoiding problems such as loosening and deformation, and ensuring the sealing of flexible packaging.
