Product Introduction

As an efficient and multifunctional homogenizer, the strong disperser is not only the core device for glass adhesive production but also widely used in the adhesive industry, including silicone sealants, structural adhesives, weather-resistant adhesives, black adhesives, and anti-mold adhesives. The device is equipped with three electric motors that drive three different types of agitators inside the kettle to work together: one agitator revolves around the axis of the kettle body, while the other two rotate at different speeds around their own axes, causing the material to form complex motion trajectories inside the kettle, thereby experiencing strong shear and rubbing effects. To ensure the mixing effect, a mountain-shaped scraper is also included inside the equipment, which rotates around its axis. This scraper automatically scrapes out raw materials adhered to the kettle wall and bottom, rolling them into the mixing area to achieve a seamless mixing process. Additionally, the strong disperser features excellent sealing performance, supports vacuum suction, and effectively exhausts and removes bubbles. The cylinder head features a hydraulic lifting design, allowing the cylinder body to move freely and making operation convenient. The mixer form can be customized according to the material characteristics, such as multi-layer blade type, frame type, butterfly type, or impeller type, and usually adopts variable frequency speed regulation to accurately meet various stringent process requirements.

This complex planetary motion subjects the material to strong shearing, rubbing, and dispersing effects, ensuring uniform and efficient mixing.
