The FDT Concentric double shaft agitator is an efficient dispersing and mixing equipment specially designed for the adhesive field. The core structure consists of a scraper agitator and a high-speed disperser, which work together to achieve rapid homogenization of materials through strong shear and mixing forces. To meet the requirements of different viscosities, densities, and formulations, the equipment supports flexible configuration: the mixer can be selected as a frame, or a half frame, and the dispersing disc provides multiple options such as double disc, single disc, and Neumann disc. On the operational level, the task can be easily completed by controlling the lifting and lowering of the mixer. The equipment base adopts a large-area bed board design, buried underground and fixed with bolts, ensuring extremely high stability and also facilitating the disassembly and cleaning of the mixer and spindle.
