The FDL Double shaft mixer is a high-end industrial piece of equipment designed specifically for efficient dispersion and mixing, particularly suitable for the production of high viscosity (up to 150000 CPS) products.
The device adopts a dual-axis collaborative working mechanism, which is operated simultaneously by a scraper stirrer (low-speed) and a high-speed disperser. Under the dual action of strong shear force and mixing force, materials can be quickly mixed and dispersed. The equipment has a sturdy structure and is designed for the mass production of heavy-duty, high-viscosity products. It is easy to operate and can be easily completed by controlling the lifting and swinging of the mixer.

The mixer is equipped with a PTFE scraper, which can tightly adhere to the inner wall of the container and continuously scrape off the material on the wall. The inner wall of the container is precision-machined and mirror-polished to ensure that the scraper can scrape off all adhesive materials, achieving residue-free mixing and significantly improving mixing efficiency.
The large-area bed board provides high stability, can be installed underground, and is equipped with bolts to fix the mixer and spindle, making it easy to disassemble and clean. By controlling the rise, stop, and fall of the mixer, a simple and convenient operation can be achieved.
Specially designed for handling high viscosity products (up to 150000 CPS), the structure is heavy and sturdy. The equipment has been precisely designed to achieve vibration-free and low-noise operation, making it very suitable for large-scale production.
Hydraulic lifting and swinging mechanisms can be used for single or multiple tanks. Multiple clamping modes (with clamping, manual rotation clamping, pneumatic clamping) are available for quick fixation of the mixing tank to prevent accidents that may occur due to tank displacement. At the same time, fixed speed or variable frequency drive variable speed, as well as vacuum dispersion or mixing functions, can be provided according to requirements.
