【1】 Core exhibit: Laboratory planetary mixer

For the dissolution, mixing, blending, and reaction processes from powders to high viscosity and high-density materials, Farfly has launched a laboratory planetary mixer aimed at providing precise and efficient solutions for research and development, as well as small-scale testing.

Omnidirectional mixing: Two planetary mixing blades, which rotate around a common axis along the container wall while also revolving around their own axis. The paddle rotates around the container and continuously carries away the material from the container wall, leading it towards the center to ensure even mixing of the material.

Multi-blade type matching: according to different production processes and material characteristics, a variety of mixing paddles, such as doorframe type, multi-blade type, claw type, and Fried Dough Twists type, can be selected to meet the personalized needs of different customers.

Efficient response: After the center wheel rotates several times, most of the materials are mixed, and after several turns, all the materials are completely mixed evenly, significantly shortening the research and development cycle and improving experimental efficiency.
